To study in Australia for an undergraduate university course, international students generally require the overseas equivalent of Australian high school matriculation. To study in Australia for a Postgraduate university courses, master or PhD students require a good first degree. A proven research ability and work experience are required for postgraduate degrees such as MBA or PhD. GMAT is not normally required for MBA admission at Australian universities.
To Study in Australia for TAFE courses, entry to Certificate level courses varies, but generally students are required to have successfully completed the local equivalent of Year 10 or 11. Entry into Diploma level courses generally requires successful completion of the equivalent Year 12. Entry to Advanced Diplomas varies, but generally requires successful completion of Year 12 and some prerequisite courses may also require relevant work experience, presentation of portfolios or additional post-school training.
